Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • The fabric must not be cut, stitched, altered, or damaged.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order details must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Cut or stitched fabric

  • Used or washed items

  • Altered or damaged products

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order details along with clear pictures or videos of the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the available payment method.

Shipping or delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied by us.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to an error from Bin Sultan.

Please make sure the product is securely packed before returning it.
